Martin arrived in Asia in 1977 initially working with the Hong Kong Government in a Security role before transitioning into an ELV / Security Consultant role from 1980 onward within the Asia Pacific region. He returned to Hong Kong in 1982 to establish AVS/CA, an organization that concentrated initially on provision of ELV/Security/Audio Visual and Lighting Consultancy primarily for the hospitality and entertainment industry. Over subsequent years, the company’s portfolio expanded to cover commercial, residential and a wide variety of market segments with the inclusion of IT&Telecomms too.

Martin now regularly visits the company’s various offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Philippines as well as affiliates in Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Dubai and San Francisco

Has a decade of creative design experience, he is the mastermind who is  responsible for soliciting clients, promoting, and maintaining BC+A design and planning quality. Gained his bachelor degree in architecture with first class honour in 2001 and the master of arts from Hochschule Wismar, Germany in 2006.  He spent his time working for various international design firms before deciding to come home and start BC+A. A “petrol head” known for his passion for perfection and unusual way of thinking. He develops BC+A to be a fun office and a professional playground, a rather rare approach in maintaining creativity but it works! One man can make a difference are the words that have always been kept in his mind. He is a seafood lover, passionate designer and a humorous bloke who you might probably caught singing Indian song at the backyard.

“Let there be light!”  He is known for is brevity especially when the job gets larger and more complex.  He illuminates the mind of every team member who needs assistance. A soft-hearted person but a firm decision maker. He took up Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Far Eastern University. He is honed by the Chairman/ Group Design Principal to think out of the box. He is the overseer of the various disciplines: Lighting, Security, AV, IT/ Telecommunications.  Being with the company for several years, he was one of the people behind every accomplished international and local projects of the company. He is a very dedicated man to his profession but a very humorous colleague.  “If you can’t take a joke, you should have never joined at all.” He’ll utter this before he cracks his first one on you. 

Graduated in 2003 with Bachelor degree in Architecture and fell in love to lighting design at the first sight. He joined BC+A as designer associate in 2009 after a long journey in various design firms in his home town of Jakarta. Years of experience in the field of lighting design allows him to easily understand what the client wants and the most practical way to implement a concept design. It wasn’t a secret that although his passion to flower is rather unusual, his passion to detail is disturbingly amazing! So if someone has a tricky technical issue to resolve, he is definitely the one to talk to. He is a hard worker, a Sony lover and a loving father. Some of BC+A international projects are now being handled by him, including the huge Shanghai International Commercial Center.

Graduated from Islamic University of Indonesia for a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2004 and got Master of Business Administration degree in 2008 from Gajah Mada University. Following graduation in 2004 she worked as a Junior Architect in Construction Company. In 2006 she worked as a Project Supervisor in Consultant Company.  In 2008 she worked as Assistant Manager in Manufacture company. In 2010 she joined BC+A as an Associate Manager.

A well-seasoned Administrative Manager gained through diversified professional experiences (in and out of the country) and sharpened by the haste of time. She handles administrative tasks and business development. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Business Management at St. Paul University of Quezon City. Prior to her present affiliation with C & A Techdesign Services Inc., she became an Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO of a popular noon time show in her country and as well as for a distinct businessman who handles various actors and actresses. She is very intuitive, dynamic and organize woman. She works with grace even under pressure. 

An artist who happens to join the company after being introduced by his wife. He is a diligent individual who never feels comfortable leaving the office before his work is done. A fun colleague who always smile and (subconsciously) sing if the work pressure is simply too high. Even though his outfit looks raggy at glance, but one will be surprised once known how he manage the work. He is a unique father and a creative individual with artistic approach. Although his growing passion to orange colour is quite disturbing and questionable, his love to his pink laptop will never faint. He is also an antique collector who is from a suspicious point of view thinks that a luggage trolley and a shopping cart are collectible items!

A BS Electronics and Communication Engineer. He plays circuits of any kind, loves calibrating live audio reproduction of gigs, events, and band tour, etc. through his own rental company.  He also cater to other requests that requires his expertise in audio and skills in mechanical.  He loves musical instruments but has no time to learn one. Analytical, calculated, composed, a sheer genius at heart man. He specializes in Audio Visual, troubleshoots, makes something out of nothing, and solves impossibly hard problems. He believes that his creativity is meant to improve the world together with his team and technology. Simple person and thankful for whatever God has blessed him with. 

A positive thinker who puts her passion in doing something big and useful for communities. Hold her Bachelor degree in Architecture and is an experienced lighting designer who previously worked as an architect. As a lighting designer, she wants to create something impactful for many people and took a new way most people haven't taken. She believes that one must not be afraid to dream a little bigger. She drives and cooks in her spare time, and will randomly do handstand anytime she start to feel screwed up just to chill her brain out.

A smile is a curve that sets everything straight. A very jolly person who loves to make jokes around to make the mood lively. He always want to learn more in the field of this architecture. He is a very quiet and shy person at first, but when he gets going he is very active. He wants to explore more on the lighting design. He took up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in Technological Institute of the Philippines in Manila. He wants to work with a great environment and great co-workers. He loves basketball, reads Manga and watch anime. 

An artistic person who is eager to know and to learn more things. Even though a calm person, he likes to try something challengingly new and different. Since his interest in designing, sometimes he makes some digital art works in his spare time. He has a big interest in volcano, too.

A Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (City College of the City of Manila).  She is a newbie in C & A Techdesign Services Inc. and works as Admin Support/Designer. From the field of Manufacturing Industry, she geared towards Lighting/AV/IT design consultancy then she started to fall in love to this field. She quotes, “A person who never makes mistakes has never tried anything new”. 

A sociable and outgoing person who is deeply passionate in design, making concept, and visualizing. Hold Bachelor degree in Architecture from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2014 and has several experiences as architect and 3D Artist. He always tries to open his eyes and mind to see through the reality, to achieve a design that could give impact to its surroundings. He believes light could provide a better life. He often accidentally tell the same stories for a ridiculously lot of time and also has a thing in motor racing.

A dragon ball fan who is really passionate in creating 3D models and make them look real. Hold Bachelor degree in Architecture from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2014 and has experiences as junior architect and 3D Artist. He always tries to keep his life as balance as possible. He likes to randomly greet strangers when under a lot of pressures. He wants to create lighting that people could enjoy. Football and automotive are the things he could not get rid of.

A chilled yet straightforward person who falls for anything about design, especially designing the light. Hold her Bachelor degree in Architecture from Universitas Indonesia in 2014 and has internship experience in architectural consultant. She started to realised her passion for lighting since she has been doing the studio tasks in architecture school with light as the main focus and wrote her undergraduate thesis about lighting. She believes that the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places like roald dahl said. She has a thing with cartoon and fantasies. And food, as well.

“A line is endless until you make a point”. Just like knowledge he never stops learning and exploring something new. He is not afraid to venture into new things which he thinks it will suit him best. If someone sees things in two dimensional aspects, he sees it in many ways. This is how he perceives things. He took up Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Far Eastern University. Don’t be mistaken with his serious look, once you have unleash him, you will laugh your heart out with his humour.

After a 4 year work as a senior drafter, and joined with BC+A in 2011, he loves CAD architecture program very much surely. He can move his hand on his mouse so fast, as fast as a dribbling ball when he plays football in court. A young boy that always wear black clothes, who is very humble, friendly and cheerful. Although he looks calm and does not talk much, but he can make us laugh suddenly at the office because he can change his act so ridiculously. A fried rice and noodle lover who begins to have interest with photography.

A friendly and cheerful person who is willing to learn from others. Hold Bachelor degree in Accounting from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2010 and Accounting profession from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2012. She has a passion in accounting and trading, even her life principle is “9 out of 10 door of fortune is from trading”. She likes to wander around by herself and take pictures. She always believes in herself and did unexpected stuff once in a while.
